摘  要:乡村教育如何走出特色化道路是学界热议的话题。面对乡村教育资源的匮乏和文化认同的缺失,西班牙普索尔学校通过实施将文化遗产实践融入正式教育体系的教育改革,建设了以学生为主体的乡村学校博物馆,走出了特色乡村教育之路。五十年余来,该项目影响广泛,建立了学校、乡村、社会的互惠机制,激活了学校发展的生命力,也带动了区域发展,为乡村文化传承带来活化之路,因此获得了联合国教科文组织的表彰。西班牙普索尔学校博物馆项目为我国带来如下启示:以“教育共生”为模式发展乡村教育特色,通过活化记忆实现教育与乡村协同繁荣,以文化共治实现乡村振兴可持续发展。It is a heating academic topic about how to find a specialized path of the development of rural education.With a lack of rural education resources and a loss of cultural identity,Pusol School in Spain has implemented educational reforms that integrate cultural heritage practices into the formal education system with a student-centered rural school museum as its solution and feature.Over the past 50 years,the project has had huge influences.It has established a mutual beneficial mechanism among the school,village and society,which activated the vitality of school development,revitalized rural cultural heritage,and drove regional development.These achievements have won it an award from UNESCO.The project has brought in the following enlightenment to our country:to develop the characteristics of rural education with the model of"educational symbiosis",to realize the common prosperity of education and the countryside through the activation of memory by using the school museum as a bridge,and to realize the sustainable development of rural revitalization through cultural co-governance.
