摘　　要：提高教师教育者信息素养是促进信息技术与教师教育深度融合的重要途径,对推动教师教育改革和教育信息化具有重要的意义。在我国教育信息化发展进入“致力于融合与创新”的2.0时代,国内对教师教育者的相关研究中缺少对教师教育者信息素养的关注,但教师教育者的信息素养对教师教育改革有着原点意义。美国作为较早关注教师教育者的国家之一,自2016年起,就遵循“描绘愿景-开发标准-实施反馈”的逻辑进行了有益的研究与实践,已经研制并使用了具有规范性与引导性的教师教育者信息素养标准,其明确的目标定位、深度融合的理念、技术赋能的原则等均为我国教师教育者信息素养的研究提供了借鉴。在我国教师教育者信息素养研究及标准制定中,要锚定“深度融合”的导向性,注重教育教学与信息技术“深度融合”中教师教育者的价值;理清路径选择,综合运用理论研究与实证研究;坚守正义立场,明确信息技术的伦理边界。Improving teacher educators'information competencies is an important way to promote the deep integration of information technology and teacher education,and it is of great significance to promote teacher education reform and education informatization.At present,the research on teacher educators is still in its early stage,especially the lack of attention to their information competencies,but the information competencies of teacher educators are of great significance to the reform of teacher education.As one of the countries that paid attention to teacher educators earlier,the United States has developed a scientific guiding standard for teacher educators'information competencies,including clear goal orientation,the concept of deep integration,and the principle of technology empowerment.In developing of China's TETCs,it is necessary to anchor the orientation of"deep integration",comprehensively utilizing theoretical and empirical research,and clarify the ethical boundaries of information technology.
