台湾地区应用型本科高校的发展动因、特点及启示

摘　　要：台湾地区应用型本科高校迅速发展,为产业转型和经济建设提供了大量高级技术应用型人才。应用型本科高校满足了经济发展需求,符合民众对于学位和文凭的追求,缓解了年轻人结构性失业问题,减少了社会矛盾,并有助于完善技术职业教育体系和提升技术职业教育地位。台湾地区应用型本科高校的特点在于体系相对完善、制度较为规范、注重优化人才培养模式、注重与行业互动合作、有专门化质量评估框架。内地地区的应用型本科高校发展应以适应社会需求为导向,建立相应的治理体系,探索新型人才培养模式,发展独立的质量评价体系,坚持产教融合的发展路径。The rapid development of application-oriented undergraduate universities in Taiwan of China has provided a large number of highly skilled and applied talents for industrial transformation and economic construction.These institutions meet the needs of economic development,align with public aspirations for degrees and diplomas,address structural youth unemployment issues,reduce social conflicts,and contribute to the improvement of the technical and vocational education system,as well as elevate its status.The characteristics of Taiwan's application-oriented undergraduate universities include a relatively sound system,well-established regulations,a focus on optimizing talent development models,emphasis on interactive collaboration with industries,and the presence of specialized quality assessment frameworks.For the development of application-oriented undergraduate universities in Chinese mainland,it is essential to orient them towards meeting societal demands,establish corresponding governance systems,explore innovative talent cultivation models,establish an independent quality evaluation system,and persist in the development path of integration between industry and education.
