摘  要:知识型社会的到来,对教育投资、人才培养、知识创造等提出了更高的要求。香港地区自资专上教育凭借其在管理机构、政策支持、学生资助、质量评估等方面的特色,铸就独特的私立高等教育管理模式,提供更多元的入学方式,支撑香港地区成为亚太地区高等教育枢纽。基于香港地区学龄人口的持续减少、入读非本地大学人数的攀升以及人口移民移居等因素,自资专上院校有着强烈的优化、转型与升级需求,以继续提供质量上乘、数量充足、形式多样、多元灵活的升学路径,拓宽中学毕业生、在职人士选择中学后教育的途径。With the advent of the knowledge-based society,higher demands have been placed on education investment,talent cultivation,and knowledge creation.Hong Kong's region self-financed post-secondary education,leveraging its distinctive features in management,policy support,student subsidies,and quality assessment,has forged a private higher education management model.It offers diversified admission pathways,supporting Hong Kong's region position as a higher education hub in the Asia-Pacific region.Due to factors such as the continuous decline in Hong Kong's region school-age population,an increase in non-local university enrollment,and population migration,self-financed post-secondary institutions face a strong demand for optimization,transformation,and upgrading.This is to continue providing high-quality,ample,diverse,and flexible pathways for further education,broadening the options for students and working professionals in choosing post-secondary education.
