摘 要:本文首先对轮胎磨损进行研究,采集不同起落次数下轮胎磨损量数据。采取基于支持向量机的预测方法,在MATLAB中建立了轮胎磨损预测模型,通过建立的模型对采集的轮胎磨损量数据进行预测分析,将预测数据与采集的数据进行对比,计算出预测的误差。而后通过建立的模型预测了不同胎压下轮胎磨损量,讨论了不同胎压下飞机可使用的起落次数。结果表明:基于支持向量机的预测方法很好地反映了不同起落次数下飞机轮胎磨损量,为飞机轮胎磨损提供了预测方法,为飞机轮胎监控提供了良好的参考价值,为飞机维护提供了重要的理论支持。Firstly,the tire wear is studied,and the tire wear data under different landing times are collected.The prediction method based on support vector machine is adopted.A tire wear prediction model is established in MATLAB.Through the established model,the collected tire wear data are predicted and analyzed.The prediction data are compared with the collected data to calculate the prediction error.Then,the model is established to predict the tire wear under different tire pressures,and the takeoff and landing times aircraft under different tire pressures are discussed.The results show that the prediction method based on support vector machine well reflects the aircraft tire wear under different takeoff and landing times,provides a prediction method for aircraft tire wear,provides good reference for aircraft tire monitoring,and provides important theoretical support for aircraft maintenance.
