摘　　要：目的探讨客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)在普通外科实习医生出科考核中的应用效果。方法将2020年6月至2022年11月在我院普通外科实习的350名5年制临床医学本科学生作为研究组(实施OSCE考核);将2018年6月至2020年5月在我院普通外科实习的305名5年制临床医学本科学生作为对照组(实施传统考核)。分析研究组的OSCE考核成绩及OSCE考核模式评价问卷结果;比较两组的毕业理论考试成绩及优秀率。结果研究组的OSCE考核总分为(79.74±2.16)分,属于良好水平,其中外科基本技能操作得分最高,患者接诊得分最低。OSCE考核模式评价问卷结果中,大约90%的人同意OSCE考核总体设计和组织合理。研究组的毕业理论考核成绩及优秀率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对普通外科实习医生实施OSCE模式临床技能考核,可以提高其自主学习能力,客观评价临床思维能力和专业操作能力,有利于提出针对性的改进方案以提高教学质量。Objective To explore the application effect of objective structured clinical examination(OSCE)in the examination of general surgery department interns.Methods From June 2020 to November 2022,350 five-year clinical medical undergraduate students who practiced in the general surgery department of our hospital were selected as study group(OSCE assessment was implemented);from June 2018 to May 2020,305 five-year clinical medical undergraduate students who practiced in the general surgery department of our hospital were selected as control group(traditional assessment was implemented).The OSCE assessment results of the study group and the results of OSCE assessment model evaluation questionnaire were analyzed;the graduation theory test scores and excellent rate of the two groups were compared.Results The total score of OSCE assessment in the study group was(79.74±2.16)points,which was at a good level.Among them,the score of surgery department basic skills was the highest,and the score of patient reception was the lowest.In the results of the OSCE assessment model evaluation questionnaire,about 90%of people agreed that the overall design and organization of the OSCE assessment were reasonable.The graduation theory assessment results and excellent rate of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of OSCE model clinical skills assessment for general surgery department interns can improve their self-learning ability,and objectively evaluate clinical thinking ability and professional operation ability,which is conducive to proposing targeted improvement programs to improve teaching quality.
