摘　　要：目的为零售药店执业药师增强药学服务胜任力提供建议。方法采用随机抽样法,对浙江省杭州市上城区零售药店在册执业药师开展药学服务胜任力问卷调查,调查内容包括个人素养、基本知识、基本技能、专业知识、专业技能、内驱力等指标。评价胜任力并提出建议。结果共发放调查问卷325份,回收有效问卷302份(有效回收率为92.92%),涉及药师302人。零售药店执业药师药学服务胜任力自评问卷总平均分为(4.29±0.89)分。一级指标,个人素养得分最高[(4.80±0.44)分],基本知识得分最低[(3.77±1.09)分];二级指标,诚实守信得分最高[(4.86±0.38)分],外语知识得分最低[(2.85±1.09)分]。多元线性回归分析显示,执业药师的学历和供职药店类型是胜任力指标得分的显著影响因素(P<0.05)。结论该区域零售药店执业药师药学服务胜任力总体较强,但在基本知识、基本技能、专业技能方面还有待加强;应重视外语、统计学知识及药物治疗评价、药物治疗管理和采集与分析信息能力的提升。建议从严格准入监管、创新优化培训、激励关怀帮扶、政策支持引导、自我素质提升等方面进一步增强执业药师药学服务胜任力。Objective To provide suggestions for licensed pharmacists in retail drugstores to improve their competence in pharmaceutical care.Methods A random sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on the pharmaceutical care competence of licensed pharmacists in retail drugstores in Shangcheng District,Hangzhou City,Zhejiang Province around the indicators such as personal literacy,basic knowledge,basic skills,professional knowledge,professional skills and drive.The licensed pharmacists'competence in pharmaceutical care was evaluated,and suggestions were put forward.Results A total of 325 questionnaires were distributed,and 302 effective questionnaires were recovered(with an effective recovery rate of 92.92%),involving 302 pharmacists.The total average self-evaluation score of the pharmaceutical care competence of licensed pharmacists in retail drugstores was(4.29±0.89)points.Among the primary indicators,the score of personal literacy was the highest[(4.80±0.44)points],while that of basic knowledge was the lowest[(3.77±1.09)points].Among the secondary indicators,the score of honesty and trustworthiness was the highest[(4.86±0.38) points],while that of foreign language knowledge was the lowest[(2.85±1.09)points].Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the educational background of licensed pharmacists and the type of drugstores they worked in were the factors significantly affecting the score of competence indicators(P<0.05).Conclusion The overall pharmaceutical care competence of licensed pharmacists in retail drugstores in this district is good,but the basic knowledge,basic skills and professional skills need to be improved.We should pay attention to improving foreign language,statistical knowledge,drug treatment evaluation ability,drug treatment management ability,information collection and analysis ability.It is suggested that the pharmaceutical care competence of licensed pharmacists should be further improved through strict access regulation,innovation and optimization of training,incenti
