摘　　要：《发酵工程》是生物工程专业的主干课程,涉及学科广、应用性强,其课程思政具有辐射广的优势,也是教学育人的时代需求。本文基于OBE的教育理念,从教学目标、教学内容、教学策略、考核评价等方面进行课程思政的探索,以培养学生的科学精神、工匠精神,增强学生民族自信、“四个服务”意识和职业素养。“Fermentation Engineering”,the main course of biological engineering,involves a wide range of disciplines and strong applicability.The ideological and political elements of fermentation engineering have the advantage of extensive radiation,which are also the demand of The Times for teaching and educating university students.Based on the OBE educational concept,the exploration on ideological and political course education from teaching objective,content,strategy,assessment and evaluation is discussed so as to cultivate students’scientific spirit and craftsman spirit,national self-confidence,four service consciousness and professionalism in this paper.
