摘 要:爱留根纳对“自然”的理解是建立在古希腊形而上学和基督教思想的基础上的。本文认为,爱留根纳的“自然”概念既具有一般性的含义,如事物的本质、人的本性等;更具有本体上的意涵,在此意涵上,作为大全的自然概念相当于上帝和新柏拉图主义的太一,因此是第一位的、最高的概念,而通过对以“存在与非存在”和“创造与非创造”为思想原则所进行的自然的首要区分和自然的四重区分的辩证解释,爱留根纳实现了古希腊形而上学与基督教创造论的结合,而由于他将“非存在”视为高于“存在”的范畴,使得这种结合又有着不同于拉丁传统的特点,从而表现出爱留根纳思想在当时的独特性。Eriugena’s understanding of natura is based on ancient Greek metaphysics and Christian thoughts.This paper argues that,for Eriugena,the concept of natura not only has general meanings,such as the nature of things,human nature,etc.;but also has a more ontological meaning,in this sense,natura,as an all-encompassing concept,is equivalent to God and the One of Neo-Platonism,and is therefore the first and highest concept.Meanwhile,by the dialectical interpretations of the first and primary division of natura which is built up by the principle of“being and non-being”and the four-fold division of natura which is built up by the principle of“creation and non-creation”,Eriugena achieves the combination of ancient Greek metaphysics and Christian creationism,while,because he regards“non-being”as a concept higher than“being”,which making the combination different from the Latin tradition and also showing the uniqueness of Eriugena’s thoughts at his age.
