家族涉入与企业创新研究现状分析

摘　　要：在家族涉入与企业创新关系的现有研究中,国内外学者多从家族涉入的不同维度出发,分析涉入维度对创新的作用,但对二者之间影响关系的研究结果并不一致,出现了正相关、负相关、不相关和非线性相关四种结果。选取国内外2013-2023年间发表的有关不同涉入维度与不同创新阶段研究的26篇实证文献,以此分析家族涉入与企业创新的研究现状问题。研究结果表明:现有研究对于家族涉入的界定尚未清晰,现有学者们对选定变量的测量方式具有差异性,且选择维度有异;家族企业自身定义具有差异性,大多数学者基于家族对企业的控股权进行界定,但不同学者界定的临界值不同;家族涉入对企业创新的影响受多种变量的调节,包括社会情感财富等非经济目标的影响、人力资本冗余的出现以及内部控制对创新活动的影响,二者之间的影响机制具有复杂性,需考虑企业内部因素和外部环境的作用。In the current research on the relationship between family involvement and enterprise innovation,domestic and foreign scholars mostly analyze the role of involvement dimensions on innovation from different dimensions of family involvement,but the research results on the relationship are not consistent,and the four different results include positive correlation,negative correlation,non-correlation,and non-linear correlation.This research selects 26 empirical references on different involvement dimensions and different innovation stages published at home and abroad from 2013 to 2023 to analyze the research status of family involvement and enterprise innovation.The result shows that the definition of family involvement in the current research is not clear,and the scholars have different measurement methods for the selected variables,and the selection dimensions are also different.The result also shows that the definition of family business is different,and most scholars define the controlling right of the enterprise based on the family,but the critical values defined by different scholars are different.Furthermore,the influence of family involvement on enterprise innovation is regulated by many variables,including the influence of non-economic goals such as social emotional wealth,the emergence of human capital redundancy,and the influence of internal control on innovation activities.Finally,this research concludes that the influence mechanism between family involvement and enterprise innovation is complex,and scholars need to consider the role of internal factors and external environment.
