高校思想政治教育工作者的角色认知研究

摘　　要：高校思想政治教育工作者包括思想政治理论课教师和哲学社会科学课教师,辅导员、班主任和心理咨询教师,以及高校党政干部和共青团干部三类角色认知主体。他们担任着政治方向把舵者、理论知识传播者、思想品德培育者、心理健康维护者等角色。通过对高校思想政治教育工作者中的三类主体进行分析,阐释了他们的多元化角色差别,论述了这三类主体对自身角色认知过程中存在的困境,并提出了相应的解决措施。Ideological and political educators in colleges and universities include the teachers of ideological and political theory,teachers of philosophy and social science,counselors,class advisers,psychological counselors,administrators of the party and the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities.They play an important role in guiding the political direction,spreading theoretical knowledge,cultivating ideological and moral character,and maintaining mental health.Based on the analysis of these ideological and political educators in colleges and universities,the differences of their diversified roles is studied,the difficulties existing in the process of these their role cognition is analyzed,and countermeasures are proposed.
