摘 要:为实现木质文物真空包装盒盖体的良好密封,建立基于有限元法的扣合式密封仿真模型,模拟搭扣位移压紧密封垫,得到密封面上的Von Mises应力、接触宽度、接触压力,进而通过A.Roth真空泄露理论计算泄露率,最后对密封效果进行评估。结果表明:O形、D形、矩形密封垫的单位长度压力增至44.756、48.676、52.852 N/mm时可实现包装盒开启部位的完全密封。单向密封下,D形密封垫效果较好;双向密封低预紧力下,O形密封垫效果较好;双向密封高预紧力下,矩形密封垫效果较好。包装盒完全密封时,3种密封垫的小时泄露率分别为2.850 8×10~(-6)、2.564 9×10~(-6)、2.296 1×10~(-6) h~(-1),均满足1级密封要求。3种密封垫从1级降至4级密封时,泄露率从0.667 1×10~(-8)、0.600 2×10~(-8)、0.537 3×10~(-8) Pa·L/s分别增至0.840 5、0.842 3、0.842 3 Pa·L/s,密封分别能保持3.9、4.4、4.9年。The purpose of this study was to realize the sealing of the wooden vacuum packaging box cover of cultural relics.A simulation model of snap on seal based on the finite element method was established to simulate the snap on displacement pressing the sealing gasket,and the von Mises stress,contact width,and contact pressure on the sealing surface were obtained.Then,the leakage rate was calculated by A.Roth's vacuum leakage theory,and finally the sealing effect was evaluated.When the unit length pressure of O-shaped,D-shaped,and rectangular gaskets increased to 44.756,48.676,and 52.852 N/mm,respectively,the open part of the package can be completely sealed.Under one-way seal,D-shaped seal was better;under low preload of two-way seal,O-shaped seal was better;and under high preload of two-way seal,rectangular seal was better.When the packaging box was completely sealed,the hourly leakage rate of the three gaskets was 2.8508×10-6、2.5649×10-6、2.2961×10-6 h-1,respectively,which all could meet the level 1 seal.When the three gaskets were reduced from level 1 to level 4 seal,and the leakage rate increased from 0.6671×10-8、0.6002×10-8、0.5373×10-8 Pa·L/s to 0.8405、0.8423、0.8423 Pa·L/s,respectively,and the seal can last for 3.9,4.4,and 4.9 years,respectively.
