钾多维颗粒成型工艺及均匀性研究

摘  要:以柠檬酸钾及维生素C、维生素B_(1)、维生素B_(2)、维生素B_(6)、维生素B_(12)为原料,麦芽糖醇、麦芽糊精、可溶性淀粉和羧甲基纤维素钠为辅料,开发一款溶解性、口感、成型性良好的颗粒剂。以成型性为指标筛选辅料,以颗粒性质、粒度为指标进行单因素试验,基于单因素试验结果,以颗粒性质、粒度、硬度为考察指标,通过响应面设计试验对钾多维颗粒配方及成型工艺进行优选。结果表明:辅料颗粒最佳配方及成型工艺为麦芽糖醇70.3%、麦芽糊精16.4%、可溶性淀粉9.0%、羧甲纤维素钠水溶液1.0%,制粒过程区别于传统的软材经摇摆颗粒机挤压制粒工序,由软材直接沸腾干燥后1 mm筛网整粒,既减少工序又节约成本,制得的颗粒剂外观整洁、颗粒均匀,粒度、硬度、口感均较好。产品均匀性研究通过柠檬酸钾及维生素C、维生素B_(1)、维生素B_(2)、维生素B_(6)、维生素B_(12)等量递增添加与1 mm筛网整粒得颗粒进行三维混合,解决混合均匀性较差的问题,提升产品品质。通过响应面设计试验得到的钾多维颗粒成型工艺合理可行,制得的产品粒度、硬度、口感均较好,可为高尿酸人群提供一种补充钾及维生素的新选择。Potassium citrate and vitamin C,vitamin B_(1),vitamin B_(2),vitamin B_(6),vitamin B_(12) were used as raw materials,and maltitol,maltodextrin,soluble starch and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose were used as excipients,to develop a good solubility,taste and formability of granules.Based on the results of single factor test,the formula and forming process of potassium multi-dimensional particles were optimized by response surface design test with particle properties,particle size and hardness as the indexes.The results showed that the optimal formulation and forming process of supplementary particles were maltitol 70.3%,maltodextrin 16.4%,soluble starch 9.0%and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose 1.0%.The granulation process was different from the traditional soft material by the swing granulator extrusion process.The soft material was directly boiled and dried after the 1 mm screen,which not only reduced the process,but also saved the cost.The prepared granules were neat in appearance,uniform in particle size,hardness and taste.The product uniformity was studied by adding potassium citrate and vitamin C,vitamin B_(1),vitamin B_(2),vitamin B_(6),vitamin B_(12) in equal increments and three-dimensional mixing with 1 mm screen granule.It solved the problem of poor mixing uniformity,and improved product quality.The forming process of multidimensional potassium particles obtained by response surface design test was reasonable and feasible,and the product size,hardness and taste were good,which could provide a new choice for people with high uric acid to supplement potassium and vitamin.
