摘  要:了解苏州地区市售食源性血制品是否存在掺假,同时验证膜芯片技术在食源性血制品成分检测中的实际应用能力。参照GB/T 35917—2018《常见动物源性成分快速测定膜芯片法》,对市场上销售的预包装血制品(包括63批鸭血、7批鸡鸭血)中的13种动物源成分,采用可视化膜芯片技术进行检验,比对其标签配料表信息,进行掺假分析和判定。结果表明,通过分析苏州70批次市售血制品的成分鉴定结果, 63批次鸭血未检出鸭以外动物源性成分,7批次鸡鸭血检出鸡及鸭源性成分,所检测的70批次血制品未发现与标签不符的情况。苏州市售预包装食源性血制品未发现掺假现象,膜芯片在此类产品的成分检测中应用能力强,可以起到规范市场的作用,具有积极意义。Investigate the adulteration of food-derived blood products sold in Suzhou,and verify the practical application of membrane chip technology in the detection of food-derived blood products.Referring to GB/T 35917-2018 Rapid Determination of Common Animal-Derived Components,Membrane Chip Method,thirteen animal-derived components of 70 batches of prepackaged blood products(duck blood 63 batches,chicken and duck blood 7 batches)were detected by visual membrane chip technology.The test results were compared with the information in the label ingredient list,and the adulteration was analyzed and judged.By analyzing the identification results of 70 batches of blood products sold in the market in Suzhou,63 batches of duck blood were not found to contain animal-derived components other than duck,while 7 batches of chicken-duck blood were found to contain chicken and duck-derived components,and the 70 batches of blood products tested were not found to be inconsistent with the labels.No adulteration was found in pre-packaged food-derived blood products sold in Suzhou,and the membrane chip had strong application ability in the ingredient detection of such products,which could play a role in regulating the market and had a positive significance.
