摘  要:气体二氧化氯具有高效、安全、环保等优点,被认为是一种具有宽广前景的新型消毒气体。气体二氧化氯可实现对消杀空间的空气及物体表面全方位无死角全面消毒。气体二氧化氯浓度和消杀时间是决定其消杀效果的关键因素。试验基于自主研发的缓释型气体二氧化氯消毒剂,探究缓释型气体二氧化氯消毒剂的释放规律和对消杀空间中空气、物体表面消毒效果及其在食品加工场所的消毒应用。结果显示,自主研发的缓释型气体二氧化氯释放时长最高达52 h,浓度可长时间保持在0.3 mg/m^(3)以下。对空气中自然菌的杀菌率为96.70%,平均消亡率为97.38%;对物体表面自然菌的平均杀菌率99.04%,平均消亡率99.36%。食品加工场所现场消毒试验效果呈现一致性。缓释型气体二氧化氯消毒效果显著,可实现食品加工场所有人环境的持续性消毒,对于提升食品质量水平有着重要意义。As an emerging disinfectant,chlorine dioxide gas has advantages of efficiency,safety,and friend environment.When chlorine dioxide gas keeps a long-term effect in the room,it has a significant disinfection effect on the natural bacteria in the indoor air and on the surface of objects.The key factors such as gas concentration and exposure time have the huge influence on disinfection efficiency.Release pattern of slow-release chlorine dioxide gas is built based on the experiment platform.The purpose of this experiment is to investigate the disinfection effect of chlorine dioxide gas in the air and object surface.The experimental results show that the release time of chlorine dioxide gas is up to 52 h,and the concentration can be kept below 0.3 mg/m^(3) for a long time.The sterilization rate of natural bacteria in the air is 96.7%,and the extinction rate is 97.38%.The killing rate of natural bacteria on the surface of objects is 99.04%,and the extinction rate is 99.36%.The results are verified in food processing places.The chlorine dioxide gas has a significant disinfection effect,which also can realize sustainable disinfection,and it has great significance for the quality control of food finished products.
