摘　　要：育人的根本在于育德,随着社会经济和医学技术的发展,医学德育出现了失位与失衡的现象,带来了医患关系紧张、医德医风不佳等问题。通过探讨分析当前医学生德育素质培养需求,从转变教育理念、推动课程思政建设、开展实践教学活动、构建评价指标体系等四方面,提出了改进和加强医学生德育素质培养的途径和方法。The fundamental of education lies in moral education.With the development of social economy and me-dical technology,medical moral education has been out of place and out of balance,which has brought about problems such as tension between doctors and patients and poor medical ethics.Through discussing and analyzing the current needs of medical students'moral education quality cultivation,this paper puts forward the ways and methods to improve and strengthen the moral education quality cultivation of medical students from four aspects,such as transforming the educational idea,promoting the ideological and political construction of the curriculum,carrying out practical teaching activities and constructing the evaluation index system.
