摘 要:中国科学技术大学围绕基础学科拔尖人才培养进行了长期探索,逐步构建了“两段式、三结合、长周期、个性化、国际化”的“2+X”拔尖人才培养新模式,形成了基础学科人才培养的“中国科大范式”。中国科学技术大学人才培养的探索及其实践经验,为我国基础学科拔尖人才培养提供了有益镜鉴:一是打造拔尖师生共同体,充分激活拔尖学生的内生动力;二是优化课程教学体系,营造拔尖学生更加自主的探究环境;三是深化跨区域联动,推动基础学科拔尖人才培养一体化发展;四是建设多元支持平台,构建基础学科人才培养长效机制。After long-term exploration of the top-tier talent cultivation in basic disciplines,University of Science and Technology of China(USTC)has developed a new model of"2+X"top-tier talent cultivation.This model,as the"USTC Paradigm"for talent cultivation in basic disciplines,focuses on"two stages,three combinations,a long-term cycle,personalization,and internationalization."USTC's exploration and practical experience in talent cultivation provides a useful mirror for the cultivation of top talents in China's basic disciplines.First,foster a community of top-tier teachers and students to fully ac⁃tivate the intrinsic motivation of top-tier students;Second,optimize the curriculum and teaching system to create a more autonomous learning environment for top-tier students;Third,deepen cross-regional cooperation to promote the inte⁃grated cultivation of top-tier talent in basic disciplines;Fourth,set up a diversified supporting platform to construct a long-term mechanism for cultivating talent in basic disciplines.
