摘 要:教学质量是新文科建设的关键环节。新文科教学质量着重反映高等学校文科教学实现新文科人才培养新目标的综合能力。建立能体现新文科教学理念和人才目标的新评价体系,有利于监测新文科教学改革效果,引导和促进新文科建设高质量发展。新文科教学具有不同于传统文科教学的新特征,其中,“价值引领”实现新文科教学的理念转变,“交叉融合”推动新文科教学的知识再造,“数智驱动”加快新文科教学的模式创新,“培元弘通”促进新文科教学的课程重组。据此提炼出新文科教学质量的内涵特质,建立以价值引领、培养目标、毕业能力、课程体系、师资队伍、教学方法、实践教学为维度的教学质量评价指标和观测重点,方可初步构建起全方位、全过程、全要素的新文科教学质量评价体系。Teaching quality is the key link in the construction of new humanities and social sciences,and it focuses on reflecting the comprehensive ability of higher education teaching to achieve the new goal of cultivating new humanities talents.Es⁃tablishing a new evaluation system that aligns with the new teaching concept and new cultivation goals is essential to monitor the effect of teaching reforms and promote the high-quality development of new humanities and social sciences.The teaching of new humanities and social sciences has new features different from traditional teaching,among which,"value-led"realizes the conceptual change of new teaching,"cross integration"promotes the knowledge reengineering of new teaching,"digital intelligence-driven"accelerates the development of new teaching,and"broadening interdisciplinary integration"promotes the curriculum restructuring of the teaching of new humanities and social sciences.Accordingly,we have refined the connotation and qualities of the teaching quality of new humanities and social sciences,and contribute to the establishment of a multi-dimensional evaluation and monitoring system,a comprehensive,whole-process and all-element evaluation system ranging from value guidance,cultivation objectives,ability demand for graduation,curriculum to teaching staff,teaching methodology and teaching through practice.
