高职院校集成电路版图设计多元协同育人研究

摘　　要：政行企校合作是高职院校适应社会经济转型升级的需要,是职业教育服务区域经济的有效途径,是行业、企业和社会互利共赢的必经之路。基于此,从高职院校集成电路版图设计人才培养的实际问题和需求出发,从集成电路产业、技术发展特点与趋势出发,对高职集成电路版图设计人才培养中的政行企校多元协同育人模式进行深入研究,技术高度集中的集成电路行业对版图人才的需求变化必将促进多元协同育人在推广应用。The cooperation between government,industry,enterprise,and school is the need for higher vocational colleges to adapt to the transformation and upgrading of the social economy,the effective way for vocational education to serve the regional economy,and the inevitable way for the industry,enterprises,and society to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.Starting from the characteristics and trends of the development of integrated circuit industry and technology,based on the actual problems and needs of the training of integrated circuit layout design talents in higher vocational colleges,this paper makes a deep study of the multiple collaborative education mode of government,industry,enterprise,and school in the training of integrated circuit layout design talents in higher vocational colleges.The changes in the demand for talents in the high-talent-concentrated layout design field certainly promote the promotion and application of multiple collaborative education.
