摘 要:目的 研究胡椒科胡椒属植物粗梗胡椒Piper macropodum C.DC.的化学成分。方法 采用多种柱色谱法结合HPLC法,分离纯化粗梗胡椒95%乙醇提取物,经理化性质和波谱数据解析,确定化合物的结构。结果 从95%乙醇提取物中分离鉴定了9个单体化合物,分别为preussomerin BG1(Ⅰ)、palmarumycin BG1(Ⅱ)、植物醇(Ⅲ)、4-烯丙基儿茶酚(Ⅳ)、schisanuilsonene A(Ⅴ)、opposit-4(15)-ene-1β,7-diol(Ⅵ)、iasiodiploclin(Ⅶ)、isochroman-1-one(Ⅷ)、茴香醛(Ⅸ)等。结论 化合物Ⅰ~Ⅱ、Ⅴ~Ⅷ为首次从该属植物中分离得到,所有化合物均为首次从该种植物中得到。OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents from Piper macropodum C.DC.METHODS Different types of column chromatography combined with HPLC were used to separate and purify the 95%ethanol extract of P.macropodum.The chemical properties and spectral data were analyzed to determine the structures of the obtained compounds.RESULTS Nine compounds were isolated and identified from the ethanol extract of P.macropodum,and they were identified as preussomerin BG1(I),palmarumycins BG1(Ⅱ),phytol(Ⅲ),4-allylcatechol(Ⅳ),schisanuilsonene A(Ⅴ),opposite-4(15)-ene-1β,7-diol(Ⅵ),iasiodiploclin(Ⅶ),isochroman-1-one(Ⅷ),and 4-methoxy-benzaldehyde(Ⅸ).CONCLUSION Compounds I-Ⅱ,Ⅴ-Ⅷwere isolated from this genus for the first time,and all the compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
