摘 要:为研究红曲霉Mrr2基因对桔霉素代谢的作用,通过农杆菌介导遗传转化获得Mrr2过表达菌株,与野生型菌株相比,Mrr2过表达导致菌丝中桔霉素含量显著增加,洛伐他汀和色素含量均有不同程度增加。RT-qPCR结果显示,Mrr2过表达对其他桔霉素相关基因的表达有明显促进作用,推测Mrr2对桔霉素的合成和积累具有重要影响,进一步丰富和完善了桔霉素合成调控途径,为桔霉素的消减提供理论依据。To study the effect of the Mrr2 gene on citrinin,the Mrr2 overexpressed strains were obtained by genetic transformation mediated by Agrobacterium.Compared with wild-type strains,the overexpression of Mrr2 significantly increased the content of citrinin in mycelia,the content of lovastatin and pigment increased in different degree.RT-qPCR results showed that the high expression of Mrr2 promotes significant change in other citrinin-related genes,suggesting that Mrr2 had important regulatory effect on citrinin synthesis,further enriching the regulatory genes of citrinin synthesis,and providing a theoretical basis for the reduction of citrinin.
