摘  要:食品安全至关重要,食品快速检测是保障食品安全的重要手段。建立和完善食品安全快速检测标准体系对维护社会稳定,促进行业发展,保障人民生命健康具有十分重要的意义。本文通过检索标准网站及相关数据库,系统论述了我国食品安全快速检测标准的数量、类型及使用现状,分析了我国食品安全快速检测标准领域存在的问题,并提出相应的建议或措施,以期为完善我国食品安全快速检测标准体系建设及提高监管效率提供参考。Food safety is crucial,and rapid food detection is an important means to ensure food safety.Establishing and perfecting the food safety rapid detection standard system is of great significance for maintaining social stability,promoting industry development and ensuring people's lives and health.By searching the standard website and related database,this paper systematically discusses the quantity,type and application status of rapid testing standards for food safety in China,analyzes the problems in the field of rapid testing standards for food safety in China,and puts forward corresponding suggestions or measures,in order to provide references for improving the construction of rapid testing standards for food safety in China and improving supervision efficiency.
