摘　　要：依托1+X证书制度和岗课赛证融通,以助产岗位群为基础进行校企合作。通过人才培养模式、模块式课程体系、课证融通课程标准和专业教材内容、教学资源、教学模式、教学团队、实践教学体系以及赛教融合等方面的一系列措施,提升助产专业人才培养质量、学生综合素养和就业创业能力等。Relying on the 1+X certificate system and the integration of job course competition certificates,school enterprise cooperation is carried out based on the midwifery job group.Through a series of measures such as talent cultivation model,modular course system,course certification integration standard and professional textbook content,teaching resources,teaching model,teaching team,practical teaching system,and competition teaching integration,we aim to improve the quality of midwifery professional talent cultivation,students′comprehensive literacy,and employment and entrepreneurship abilities.
