摘 要:目的针对五年制高职护理专业课程思政实施现状提出应对策略,促进职业人才培养质量提高。方法采用分层抽样法对五年制高职护理专业课教师及学生进行问卷调查。结果18.18%的教师非常了解课程思政,65.91%的教师希望、非常希望开展课程思政;8.59%的学生非常了解课程思政,89.68%的学生希望、非常希望开展课程思政。结论专业课教师对课程思政认识不深入,开展课程思政的意愿不足;学生对课程思政的了解程度较低,接受课程思政的意愿较高。只有发挥学校、教师和学生三方的协同作用,才能增强课程思政教学效果,落实立德树人根本任务。Objective To propose countermeasures for the implementation of Ideological&Political Education in five-year nursing major in higher vocational education,and promote the quality of vocational personnel cultivation.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among teachers and students majoring in nursing in five-year higher vocational colleges by Stratified sampling.Results 18.18%of teachers know Ideological&Political Education very well,while 65.91%of teachers hope or very much hope to carry out Ideological&Political Education;8.59%of students know Ideological&Political Education very well,while 89.68%of students hope and very much hope to carry out the Ideological&Political Education.Conclusion Teachers majoring in nursing do not understand Ideological&Political Education,and their willingness to carry out Ideological&Political Education is insufficient;Students have a low level of understanding of Ideological&Political Education,and a high willingness to accept it.Only by leveraging the collaborative role of colleges,teachers and students,so we can enhance the effectiveness of Ideological&Political Education and implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and cultivating personnel.
