高职护理专业实习生心理弹性在自我接纳与专业承诺间的中介效应

摘　　要：目的探讨高职护理专业实习生(以下简称实习护生)心理弹性对自我接纳与专业承诺的中介效应。方法采用心理弹性量表、自我接纳问卷和大学生专业承诺调查量表对628名高职实习护生进行调查。结果高职实习护生的专业承诺呈中等偏上水平,心理弹性量表总分、各维度得分与专业承诺调查量表总分、自我接纳问卷总分呈显著正相关关系;自我评价因子得分、自我接纳问卷总分与专业承诺调查量表总分呈显著正相关关系。回归分析显示,心理弹性在自我评价因子与专业承诺间起部分中介效应,占总效应的71.2%。结论自我接纳因子通过直接和间接两条路径影响高职实习护生的专业承诺水平,心理弹性对自我接纳与专业承诺发挥中介效应。Objective To explore the mesomeric effect of psychological resilience on self-acceptance and professional commitment of nursing interns in higher vocational colleges.Methods 628 nursing interns in higher vocational colleges were investigated with Psychological Resilience Scale,Self-acceptance Questionnaire and Collegians′Professional Commitment Scale.Results The nursing interns′professional commitment was above secondary level.The total score of the Psychological Resilience Scale and the scores of each dimension were positively correlated with the total score of the professional commitment survey scale and the total score of the Self-acceptance Questionnaire.There is a significant positive correlation between the self-evaluation factor score,the total score of the Self-acceptance Questionnaire,and the total score of the professional commitment survey scale.Regression analysis shows that psychological resilience plays a part of the mesomeric effect between the self-evaluation factor and professional commitment,accounting for 71.2%of the total effect.Conclusion Self-acceptance factors affect the professional commitment level of vocational nursing interns through direct and indirect paths,and psychological resilience plays a mesomeric effect on self-acceptance and professional commitment.
