高校制度文化的建构——基于“立德树人”根本任务的视野

摘　　要：高校落实好“立德树人”根本任务的基础在大学制度文化建设。制度建设为高校“立德树人”提供了行动准则,制度体系的建构为高校“立德树人”提供了法定保障,制度文化的形成为高校“立德树人”提供了大学文化价值的遵循。建构高质量的新时代制度文化体系要始终围绕高校“立德树人”根本任务的落实。Colleges and universities carry out the fundamental task of“cultivating virtues and cultivating people”based on the construction of university system culture.The construction of institutions provides guidelines for the“moral education”of colleges and universities,the construction of institutional system provides legal guarantee for the“moral education”of colleges and universities,and the formation of institutional culture provides the adherence to the cultural value of universities and universities.The construction of high quality institutional culture system of the new era should always focus on the implementation of the fundamental task of"moral cultivation"i n colleges and universities.
