摘 要:运用文献资料等方法,探究体教融合视角下学校体育竞赛赋能竞技体育后备人才培养的价值、困境,并提出策略。价值:扩大培养规模,缓解学训矛盾,促进全面发展,拓宽输送渠道。困境:创新引领羸弱导致竞赛育人落后,协调联动阻滞诱发系统共育失调,绿色发展缺失致使人才培养受阻,开放融通不足引起育人力量分散,共建共享缺乏造成人才反哺困难。策略:激活创新引领功能,构建竞赛育人态势;发挥协同联动效应,筑牢共育竞赛体系;优化赛事育人路径,满足人才持续发展;破除系统开放壁垒,推动多边主体兼容;打造系统共建格局,共享教育建设红利。By using the method of literature review,this paper explored the value and dilemma of school sports competitions empowering the cultivation of reserve talents in competitive sports from the perspective of integration of sports and education,and put forward strategies.Value:It expands the scale of training,alleviates the contradiction of learning and training,promotes allround development and broadens the channel of transmission.Dilemma:The weak leadership in innovation leads to lagging behind in competition and education,the obstruction of coordination and linkage leads to system co-education imbalance,the lack of green development hinders talent cultivation,the lack of openness and integration leads to the dispersion of education forces,and the lack of co-construction and sharing leads to difficulties in talent feedback.Strategies:We should activate the innovation leading function to build a competitive education situation,give full play to the synergistic effect to build a strong co-education competition system,optimize the path of competition education to meet the sustainable development of talents,remove barriers to systemic openness to promote inclusiveness among multilateral subjects,and create a system co-construction pattern to share the dividends of education construction.
