黄连素片联合桔梗泡茶对无症状脂肪肝伴血脂异常的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨黄连素片加桔梗泡茶配合生活方式干预对无症状非酒精性脂肪肝伴血脂异常患者的治疗效果。方法抽取2021年1月至6月于河南中医药大学第二附属医院健康体检中心检出的无症状非酒精性脂肪肝伴血脂异常患者140例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与治疗组,每组70例。对照组采用常规生活干预法,治疗组在常规生活干预的基础上采用黄连素片配伍桔梗泡茶治疗。比较两组的治疗效果,治疗前后体质指数(BMI)及血脂[三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)]水平。结果治疗后6个月,治疗组总有效率(88.57%,62/70)高于对照组(71.43%,50/70),P<0.05。治疗后,两组BMI及TC、TG、LDL-C水平均降低,HDL-C水平均升高,且治疗组各指标均优于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论黄连素片加桔梗泡茶配合生活方式干预治疗无症状非酒精性脂肪肝伴血脂异常患者的效果显著,能明显降低BMI并改善血脂指标,且简便经济。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of berberine tablets combined with platycodon root tea and lifestyle intervention on patients with asymptomatic nonalcoholic fatty liver complicated by dyslipidemia.Methods A total of 140 patients with asymptomatic nonalcoholic fatty liver complicated by dyslipidemia diagnosed in Health Examination Center of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Chinese Medicine from January to June 2021 were selected.And they were divided into control group(70 cases)and treatment group(70 cases)according to random number table method.The control group received routine lifestyle intervention,and the treatment group was treated with berberine combined with platycodon root tea and lifestyle intervention.The treatment effect of the two groups were compared.The changes of body mass index(BMI)and levels of blood lipid assessed by triacylglycerol(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After 6 months of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group(88.57%,62/70)was significantly higher than that of the control group(71.43%,50/70),P<0.05.After treatment,the levels of BMI,TG,TC,HDL-C and LDL-C in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,while the HDL-C levels were higher than those before treatment,moreover,the improvement of these indexes of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Berberine tablets combined with platycodon root tea and lifestyle intervention has a significant effect in the treatment of asymptomatic nonalcoholic fatty liver complicated by dyslipidemia.It can significantly reduce BMI and improve blood lipid indexes,which is simple and economical.
