摘　　要：随着解剖学、病理生理学、基因组学的发展,医学家们对肾上腺疾病认识的不断深入,为肾上腺疾病的治疗提供了重要的理论依据。目前肾上腺切除术已广泛应用于多种肾上腺疾病的治疗,并取得了显著的疗效,而规范的围手术期管理也极大地提高了手术安全性。本文将回顾肾上腺外科的发展史,探讨肾上腺外科技术的相关研究最新进展,并介绍非手术治疗技术的临床应用现状。With the development of anatomy,pathophysiology and genomics,medical scientists have been deepening the understanding of adrenal diseases so as to provide an important theoretical basis for the treatment of adrenal diseases.At present,adrenalectomy has been widely used in the treatment of various adrenal diseases,and has achieved excellent result.Standardized perioperative management has greatly improved the safety of adrenal operation.This article will review the history of adrenal surgery,discuss the latest development of adrenal surgery techniques,and introduce the clinical application of some new non-surgical techniques.
