二氧化锆修复体和金属修复体在口腔修复治疗中的应用比较

摘　　要：目的比较二氧化锆修复体和金属修复体在口腔修复治疗中的应用价值。方法抽取2019年1月至2022年1月于河南省直第三人民医院进行口腔修复治疗的患者82例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组41例。对照组采用金属修复体治疗,研究组采用二氧化锆修复体治疗。比较两组修复效果、咬合力、咀嚼效率、龈沟液中炎性因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)]水平、牙周组织学指标[牙龈指数(GI)、菌斑指数(PLI)]及口腔健康情况[口腔健康相关生活质量(OHRQOL)评分]。结果研究组修复优良率(92.68%,38/41)高于对照组(73.17%,30/41),P<0.05。治疗后,研究组咬合力、咀嚼效率均高于对照组(P均<0.05),龈沟液中TNF-α、IL-6水平低于对照组(P<0.05),GI、PLI、OHRQOL评分均低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论与金属修复体相比,二氧化锆修复体用于口腔修复治疗中效果显著,可明显提升患者的咬合力和咀嚼功能,改善龈沟炎症反应,提升口腔健康水平。Objective To compare the application value of zirconium dioxide restorations and metal restorations in prosthodontics.Methods A total of 82 patients who underwent prosthodontics in the Third People’s Hospital of Henan Province from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the study group by random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metal restorations,and the study group was treated with zirconium dioxide restorations.The restoration effect,occlusal force,masticatory efficiency,levels of inflammatory factors in gingival crevicular fluid,including tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6),periodontal histological indexes,including gingival index(GI)and plaque index(PLI),and oral health status assessed by oral health related quality of life(OHRQOL)score were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of repair in the study group was 92.68%(38/41),higher than the 73.17%(30/41)in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the occlusal force and masticatory efficiency of the study group were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05),the levels of TNF-αand IL-6 in gingival crevicular fluid of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),the GI,PLI and OHRQOL score of the study group were lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with metal restorations,zirconium dioxide restorations have a significant effect in prosthodontics,which can significantly improve the occlusal force and masticatory function of patients,alleviate gingival sulcus inflammation,and improve oral health.
