摘 要:目的探讨在外科学理论课程中应用线上线下混合式教学模式的教学效果,为外科学教学改革提供依据。方法以某院2018级临床医学专业34名学生为混合组,于2022年3月1日至2022年6月30日期间接受线上线下混合模式教学;2016级临床医学专业35名学生和2017级临床医学专业32名学生分别为线下组和线上组,分别接受传统线下课堂教学与线上直播教学。课程结束后以笔试成绩和课程满意度问卷调查结果来比较不同教学模式的效果差异。结果线上线下混合组学生笔试均分(84.38±4.68分),显著高于线下组(80.11±5.17分)和线上组(81.16±4.13分),混合组分别与另两组相比差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。课程满意度问卷调查显示,混合教学模式的课程学生满意度更高(混合组82.35%,线下组51.43%,线上组43.75%),并且其在提高学习主动性、提高学生个人能力方面显著优于传统线下教学与完全线上教学(P<0.05),但同时也存在着对个人学习能力要求高、学习压力较大的问题。结论线上线下混合式教学可以提高教学效果,更好地培养学生综合能力,但在实践中仍需要进一步改进提升。Objective To investigate the teaching effect of online and offline hybrid teaching in surgery courses,and provide the basis for reforming surgery teaching approaches.Methods The 34 students majoring Clinical Medicine(2018 class)were enrolled in the experimental group,receiving online and offline hybrid teaching in their surgery courses.A total of 35 students from class 2016 and 32 students from class 2017 were chosen as the control groups.The former group received offline teaching,while the latter group received online live lectures.After the course was completed,test scores and results of questionnaires targeting course satisfaction were used to compare the effects of different teaching models.Results The mean test scores from the hybrid teaching group(84.38±4.68 points)were significantly higher than that of the control groups(81.16±4.13 points in the offline group,80.11±5.17 points in the online group).The differences showed statistical significance(P<0.05).Results of questionnaires indicated that,in terms of course satisfaction,the online and offline hybrid teaching is superior to online or offline teaching alone(82.35%in the hybrid teaching group,51.43%in the offline group,43.75%in the online group).Online and offline hybrid teaching also has the advantages of promoting study initiative and improving individual capability compared to the conventional teaching models(P<0.05).Conclusions The online and offline hybrid teaching method could improve the outcomes of surgical courses teaching.It was also better at cultivating the comprehensive capability of the students compared with other teaching methods.Nevertheless,the online and offline hybrid teaching method still needed further improvement.
