摘　　要：唐代,饮茶之风兴盛,茶诗大量涌现。这些茶诗共同勾勒了茶叶的产地、品种,再现了采茶、制茶、煎茶的过程,阐述了饮茶的功效,融入了禅理,部分茶诗还配有富有学术价值的诗序,这都使唐代茶诗带有了一定的学理性。此外,唐代茶诗还融入了士人强烈的讽谏意识,并彰显了士人的精神品格。而唐代茶诗中学理、讽谏、人格的交汇,不仅丰富了茶诗创作的内涵,也为茶学、文化学研究提供了重要的文本及思路。In the Tang Dynasty,tea drinking flourished and a large number of tea poems emerged.These tea poems outlined the production area and varieties of tea,reproduced the process of tea picking,tea making and tea frying,explained the effect of tea drinking,and integrated Zen principles.Some tea poems also contained poetic prefaces with academic values.Therefore,the tea poems of the Tang Dynasty had a certain degree of academic theory.In addition,the tea poems of the Tang Dynasty had a strong sense of euphemistic remonstration and demonstrated the spiritual character of the scholars.The intersection of academic theory,euphemistic remonstration and personality in tea poems of the Tang Dynasty not only enriched the connotation of tea poems,but also provided important texts and ideas for the study of tea and culture.
