摘 要:在盾构隧道的建设和运营中,往往很难快速准确地通过测量获得盾构隧道管片结构的强度及外荷载,为了快速、准确地获取盾构隧道施工期和运营期的力学参数,基于盾构隧道管片的精确测量数据对结构的强度参数及外荷载参数进行反演的方法得到广泛应用。基于阻尼最小二乘法(Levenberg-Marquardt法,简称L-M法),对盾构隧道荷载结构法模型中的结构强度参数及外荷载参数进行了反演研究,基于同济曙光三维有限元平台研制了相应的参数反演软件,并对比了遗传算法、单纯形法与阻尼最小二乘法的特点和异同,讨论了多参数反演过程中的多值问题。最后结合实际工程案例,对局部荷载值和地层弹簧受压刚度进行了反演分析,都得到了稳定的结果。研究结果表明,基于阻尼最小二乘法对盾构隧道结构强度和荷载参数反演的结果较为稳定可靠,可为盾构隧道结构施工和维护工作中的参数确定提供计算方法。In the construction and operation of shield tunnel,it is often difficult to obtain the strength and external load of shield tunnel segment structure quickly and accurately by measurement.In order to quickly and accurately obtain the mechanical parameters for shield tunnel during construction and operation period,the parameter inversion using accurate measurement data is widely and extensively researched and applied.Based on the Damped Least Square(DLS)method,the structural strength parameters and external load parameters in the load structure model of shield tunnel are inverted.Based on the Tongji Shuguang three-dimensional finite element method platform,the corresponding software for such back analysis has been developed.Three algorithms including the Genetic Algorithm(GA),the Simplex Method(SM)and the Damped Least Square method are implanted,and the multi-value problem in multi-parameter inversion is discussed.Finally,combined with practical engineering cases,which stably yielded the values of local loads and ground spring coefficient.The results show that the parameter inversion for the shield tunnel structure based on the DLS method are relatively stable and reliable,which provides a quantitative way to obtain mechanical parameters during the construction and operation period of the shield tunnel.
