摘  要:为进一步提升掘进机的掘进效率和巷道的成型质量,以EBZ300型掘进机横摆机构为研究对象,在对掘进机横摆机构液压系统和实体刚柔耦合模型构建的基础上,建立掘进机横摆机构机液耦合仿真模型,找出横摆机构实际工况的薄弱环节,为后续掘进机结构优化提供支撑;对比了PID控制器和SVR内模控制器的控制效果,得出SVR内模控制具有更好的控制效果,可在实际生产中推广应用。In order to further improve the digging efficiency of the roadheader and the forming quality of the roadway,taking the cross-swing mechanism of the EBZ300 roadheader as the object of research,on the basis of the construction of the hydraulic system of the cross-swing mechanism of the roadheader and the solid rigid-flexible coupling model,we establish the machine-liquid coupling simulation model of the cross-swing mechanism of the roadheader and find out the weak links of the cross-swing mechanism in the actual working conditions,so as to support the subsequent optimization of the structure of the roadheader;at the same time.At the same time,the control effects of PID controller and SVR internal mode controller are compared,and it is concluded that SVR internal mode control has better control effect and can be promoted and applied in actual production.
