摘 要:劳动教育评价有利于诊断高职院校劳动教育实施中存在的问题,发挥评价的反馈改进功能,评价体系是开展评价的前提。基于CIPP模型,借鉴已有相关评价指标体系,在充分访谈专家并运用德尔菲法征询专家意见的基础上,构建了具有4个维度、11个二级指标、39个三级指标的新时代高职院校劳动教育指标体系,并运用专家排序法确定指标权重;通过构建多层次模糊综合评价模型,对湖南省H高职院校的劳动教育开展评价实证,评价结果表明,H高职院校劳动教育质量的综合评价结果为“满意”。The evaluation of labor education is helpful to diagnose the problems existing in the implementation of labor education in higher vocational colleges and give full play to the feedback and improvement function of evaluation.Based on CIPP model,referring to the existing evaluation index system,and on the basis of fully interviewing experts and consulting experts by Delphi method,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of labor education in higher vocational colleges in the new era,which has 4 dimensions,11 second-level indicators and 39 third-level indicators,and uses the expert ranking method to determine the index weight.By constructing a multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,this paper makes an empirical evaluation of labor education in a higher vocational college named H in Hunan Province.The evaluation results show that the comprehensive evaluation result of labor education quality in the higher vocational college named H is"satisfactory".
