新时代涵养家风的价值根基

摘　　要：家庭道德建设是新时代公民道德建设的关键一环,党的二十大报告也充分强调了家庭家教家风建设的重要性。《新时代公民道德建设实施纲要》作为公民道德建设的实施指导,为加强家庭道德建设、涵养优良家风提供了坚实的价值根基,体现为时代性和系统性两个方面。就其时代性而言,家庭道德建设具有继承性和生成性的特征,它根植于中国世代传承的优秀家风文化,并且在道德实践中生成了家庭美德。就其系统性而言,个人在家庭中通过道德教育具有了适应社会生活的能力,成长为好公民。因此,涵育家庭美德、弘扬优良家风,需要重视《新时代公民道德建设实施纲要》所提供的价值根基,坚持社会主义核心价值观引领,传承优秀家风文化,树立家风家教典范,以家庭美德和优良家风推动公民道德建设协同发展。The improvement of family morality is the key part of civic morality campaign in the new era.The report of the 20th CPC National Congress emphasized fully the importance of fostering family ties,values,and traditions.The Out⁃line for Implementation of the Building of Civil Morality in the New Era as the guidebook provides a solid value foundation for improving family morality and fostering good family traditions,which is embodied in the epochal character and the integ⁃rity.As far as its epochal character is concerned,the improvement of family morality has the characteristics of inheritance and generation.It is rooted in the traditional Chinese family culture passed down across generations,and has generated family virtues in moral practice.As far as its systematic integrity is concerned,individuals have the ability to adapt to social life and grow into good citizens through moral education in family.Therefore,it is necessary to attach importance to the val⁃ue foundation provided by the Outline for Implementation of the Building of Civil Morality in the New Era to foster family virtues and improve good family traditions.We should uphold the guidance of the core socialist values,inherit excellent tra⁃ditional family culture,set good examples in family education,and promote civic morality campaign with family virtues and good family traditions.
