校企命运共同体背景下兼职教师队伍建设的思考

摘  要:以福建省5所高职院校为例,采用问卷调查和深度访谈等方法对当前兼职教师队伍建设现状和问题进行分析。研究发现,当前职业院校兼职教师队伍建设面临教学水平偏低、缺少企业支持、缺乏职业认同感、制度建设滞后等诸多困境。要保持兼职教师队伍持续健康稳定发展,需要基于命运共同体背景下,政行企校等多个主体联动,从政府支持企业投身职业教育,建立校企共同育人机制,扩大选聘来源,严格规范兼职教师管理,健全考评激励体系等多个方面协同推进。The current situation and problems of the part-time teachers’team building in five vocational colleges in Fujian Province were analyzed by means of questionnaires and in-depth interviews.It was found that the team building of part-time teachers in vocational colleges has many difficulties,such as low teaching level,lack of enterprise support,lack of professional identity,and outdated systematic policy support.In order to maintain the sustainable,healthy and stable development of part-time teachers,it is necessary to build a community of shared future in which governments,industries,enterprises and colleges coordinate;governments support enterprises to participate in vocational education;colleges and enterprises establish joint training and educational programs;colleges expand the sources of part-time teachers,strictly regulate the employment&management and improve the evaluation and incentive systems.
