摘  要:[目的]筛选栽培大球盖菇最佳的栽培基质发酵程度。[方法]以玉米芯作为原料,根据配方制成栽培大球盖菇的栽培基质,以发酵温度≥50℃有效温度为基础,分别使栽培基质发酵48、72、96、120和144 h,在相同生长发育条件下研究不同发酵程度对大球盖菇菌种菌丝生长产生的影响。[结果]在发酵温度≥50℃发酵120 h的栽培基质中菌丝长势最好,菌丝分布均匀、致密、粗壮、洁白,生长速度较快。[结论]可为大球盖菇栽培基质的发酵研究提供参考。[Objective]The aim was to select the optimum cultivation medium fermentation degree of Stropharia rugosoannulata.[Method]Corn cob was used as raw material to prepare a culture substrate for S.rugosoannulata.Based on the effective temperature of fermentation≥50℃,the culture substrate was fermented for 48,72,96,120 and 144 hours,respectively,and the effects of different fermentation degrees on the mycelia growth of S.rugosoannulata strains were studied under the same growth and development conditions.[Result]The mycelium growth was the best in the culture medium with fermentation temperature≥50℃for 120 hours,and the mycelium distribution was uniform,dense,robust,white,and the growth rate was faster.[Conclusion]It could provide reference for the fermentation research of the culture substrate of S.rugosoannulata.
