摘  要:持续改进是工程教育专业认证的核心质量保障机制,这里以自动化专业为例,通过研究与实践,建立了一套适合学校定位和专业具体情况的完善的评价与持续改进机制。定期开展培养目标和课程体系的合理性评价,以及课程目标、毕业要求和培养目标的达成性评价,检验人才培养质量、教学组织与管理,以及监控与质量评价机制,并将评价结果用于专业的持续改进,不断检验改进成果,开展以学生为中心的教学改革,确保教育教学质量不断提高。Continuous improvement is the core quality assurance mechanism of engineering education professional accreditation.Here,taking the automation major as an example,through research and practice,a set of perfect evaluation and continuous improvement mechanism suitable for the orientation of the school and the specific conditions of the major has been established.The evaluation of the rationality of the training goals and curriculum system,as well as the evaluation of the reachability of curriculum objectives,graduation requirements and training goals are carried out regularly to test the quality of talent cultivation,teaching organization and management,and monitoring and quality evaluation mechanism.The evaluation results are also used for the continuous improvement of the major to continuously test the results of the improvements,and to carry out student-centred teaching reforms to ensure the continuous improvement of the quality of education and teaching.
