摘  要:目的探讨开设选修课《法医病理学》课程对促进学生临床思维能力培养的影响。方法构建基本法医病理学知识体系,完整、简洁地讲授理论课主要内容,并将典型案例应用于课程教学中。引导学生提出案例中的病理学问题,思考可能的法医病理鉴定结论。多维度展示法医学思辨,锻炼学生思维能力。培养学生法医病理学逻辑思维,尽显法医思辨,激发学生的医学人文情怀,思考医学之本源,敬畏生命,锻炼思维能力。采用开卷考试检验学生的思辨能力,潜移默化中锻炼思维能力。结果学生上课率和专注度较高,积极参与互动。学生的思辨意识和思维能力得到进一步提高。学生选修法医病理学已经达到开设本选修课程的目的。结论双师型教师开设选修课法医病理学有利于促进学生临床思维能力的培养。Objective To explore the influence of elective course of Forensic Pathology on the cultivation of students’clinical thinking ability.Methods The main content of theoretical courses was taught completely and concisely,and typical cases were applied to course teaching,leading students to form a basic knowledge system of forensic pathology.Students were guided to ask pathological questions in the case and think about possible forensic pathological identification conclusions to multi-dimensionally display their forensic thinking and exercise their thinking ability.Students’logical thinking in forensic pathology are cultivated,forensic thinking was fully displayed,and medical humanistic feelings of students were aroused to think about the origin of medicine,respect life,and exercise their thinking ability.Open-book exams was used to test students’critical thinking abilities and subtly exercise their thinking abilities.Results Students had high class attendance and concentration,and actively participated in interactions.The students’critical thinking awareness and thinking ability were further improved.Students’taking the elective course in forensic pathology has achieved the goal of offering this course.Conclusion The establishment of elective course forensic pathology offered by dual qualified teachers is beneficial to the cultivation of students’clinical thinking ability.
