摘  要:长三角地区居民食物消费整体向高碳的动物性食物消费转变,给全社会实现“双碳”目标带来极大的挑战。利用2010—2019年长三角地区城乡居民7大类食物消费数据,采用结构分解法对居民食物消费碳排放变化进行测算。研究表明:长三角地区城乡居民食物消费碳排放呈现二元性和趋同性特征,人均食物消费总量变化与食物消费结构变化是长三角地区居民食物消费碳排放增加的主要因素,控制肉禽类和粮食类消费是减少食物消费碳排放的主要突破口。未来应着力推动长三角地区居民膳食结构调整,实现居民膳食平衡和环境可持续发展双赢。The overall shift in food consumption among residents in the Yangtze River Delta region towards high-carbon animal food consumption has brought great challenges to the whole society to achieve the goals of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality.Based on the data of 7 major categories of food consumption of urban and rural residents in the Yangtze River Delta region from 2010 to 2019,this paper uses the structural decomposition method to calculate the changes of carbon emissions from residents′food consumption.The results show that the carbon emissions from food consumption of urban and rural residents in the Yangtze River Delta show duality and convergence;The changes in per capita total food consumption and food consumption structure are the main factors contributing to the increase in carbon emissions from food consumption among residents in the Yangtze River Delta region;Controlling the consumption of meat,poultry and grains is the main breakthrough in reducing carbon emissions from food consumption.In the future,efforts should be made to promote the adjustment of the dietary structure of residents in the Yangtze River Delta region,and achieve a win-win situation between residents′dietary balance and environmental sustainable development.
