摘 要:以S省部分高校法学一级学科为研究对象,测算了其学科建设有效性程度。实证分析发现:法学学科建设推动法制机构发展的有效性具体表现在人才培养、学科设置、学科研究、社会服务与声誉四个方面。其中,有效性程度由高到低分别是人才培养、社会服务与声誉、学科设置、学科研究,学科设置为一般有效,学科研究为比较无效,其余皆是比较有效;子系统间得分差异较大,表明4类学科建设的推动机制有效能力不均衡。最后提出对策:推动法制机构有效发展,需要有序构建新文科法学专业课程综合体,打造法学高质量教学与实践课程融合新体系,更新新时代法学复合型人才培养模式,优化教学与科研双轮驱动机制。This paper takes the first-level disciplines of law in some universities of S Province as the research object,and measures the effectiveness of their discipline construction.The empirical analysis shows that the effectiveness of law discipline construction in promoting the development of legal institutions is reflected in four aspects:talent cultivation,discipline setting,discipline research,social services,and reputation.The degree of effectiveness from high to low is talent cultivation,social services and reputation,discipline setting,and discipline research.Among them,disciplinary setting is generally effective,disciplinary research is relatively ineffective,and the rest are relatively effective;The significant difference in scores between subsystems indicates an imbalance in the effective capabilities of the driving mechanisms for the construction of the four categories of disciplines.Finally,it is proposed that the effective development of legal institutions should be promoted,and it is necessary to orderly construct a comprehensive curriculum of new liberal arts and law majors,create a new system for integrating high-quality teaching and practical courses in law,update the training mode of interdisciplinary talents in law in the new era,and optimize the dual-wheel driving mechanism of teaching and research.
