摘 要:为了对湖南省高职院校跨院专业群建设进行绩效评价,通过确定评价因子、评价等级集及各因子的权重进行实证研究。邀请教师、学生、行业企业代表、学校管理者作为评价主体对工程类、信息技术类、经贸与服务类三大跨院专业群建设绩效进行评估。结果表明,大部分评价主体认为绩效在“很好”等级,只有较少的评价主体认为绩效较差。学生和行业企业代表对三大跨院专业群的建设绩效持中性态度,有一定的认可。教师和学校管理者的评价结果略高于学生和行业企业代表。三大跨院专业群建设绩效整体表现较好,但仍有改进的空间。为此,应制定跨院专业群共性课程和专业课程的设置标准,整合各院校的实训资源,加强对跨院专业群的品牌宣传与推广力度,探索灵活的跨院合作管理模式。In order to evaluate the performance of the construction of interdisciplinary professional groups in higher vocational colleges of Hunan Province,the study does an empirical study by determining the evaluation factors,evaluation grade sets and the weights of each factor.Teachers,students,industry and enterprise representatives,and school administrators are invited to evaluate the construction performance of the three major interdisciplinary professional groups:engineering,information technology,economy and trade,and service.The results show that most of the evaluators think that the performance is“very good”,and only a few evaluators think that the performance is poor.Students and representatives of industry and enterprises have neutral attitude towards the construction performance of the three major interdisciplinary professional groups,and have certain recognition of them.The evaluation results of teachers and school administrators are slightly better than students and industry representatives.The overall construction performance of the three major cross-hospital professional groups is better,but it still needs to be improved.Therefore,it is necessary to formulate the common curriculum and curriculum setting standards of cross-school professional groups,integrate the practical training resources of various colleges,strengthen the brand publicity and promotion of cross-school professional groups,and explore a flexible cross-school cooperation management model.
