摘  要:在我国教师教育改革持续推进和师范生教育实践不断加强的背景下,体育师范生教育实践存在目标不清晰且窄化、内容陈旧且薄弱、实施支离而乏力、评价空浮且单一等问题,致使体育师范生毕业后难以较快适应中小学体育教学的实际需要。因此,基于“学生中心、产出导向、持续改进”的师范专业认证理念,依据《教育部关于加强师范生教育实践的意见》与《师范类专业认证标准》的相关要求,在分析体育师范生“三习”教育实践体系构成要素的基础上,结合2020年华东师范大学体育教育专业接受教育部师范类专业第三级认证的经验,建构了体育师范生“三习”教育实践体系运行模式,确立了该体系的设计思路和实施方案,并对推进体育师范生“三习”教育实践的路径进行了探索,为提升高校体育师范生“三习”教育实践教学质量提供理论与实践参照,从而推动卓越体育教师的培养以及新时代体育教师队伍的建设。Under the background of the continuous promotion of teacher education reform and the strengthening of teacher education practice,the education practice of PE teacher trainees has the problems of unclear and narrow objectives,old and weak contents,weak implementation,empty and single evaluation,etc.,which makes it difficult for PE teacher trainees to adapt to the actual needs of primary and secondary school PE teaching quickly after graduation.Therefore,based on the concept of "student-centered,output-oriented,and continuous improvement" of teacher training certification,this paper analyzes the Three Types in Educational Practice System " of PE teacher training students in accordance with the Opinions of the Ministry of Education on Strengthening Educational Practices of Teacher Training Students and the relevant requirements of Teacher Training Certification Standards.On the basis of analyzing the components of the " Three Types in Educational Practice System " for PE teacher trainees,combining with the experience of the PE major of East China Normal University receiving the thirdlevel certification of teacher education majors by the Ministry of Education in 2020,we have constructed the operation mode of the Three Types in Educational Practice System" for PE teacher trainees,and set up the design idea and the implementation plan of the system.The design idea and implementation plan of the system are established,and the path of promoting the Three Types in Educational Practice System for PE teacher trainees is explored,which provides theoretical and practical references for improving the teaching quality of the Three Types in Educational Practice System for PE teacher trainees in colleges and universities and promotes the cultivation of excellent PE teachers as well as the construction of the new era of PE teachers' team.It will promote the cultivation of excellent PE teachers and the construction of PE teachers in the new era.
