摘　　要：为有效解决临床典型病例资源缺乏、学生中医诊断技能实践机会少的问题,基于Unity 3D软件搭建中医脉诊3D虚拟仿真训练系统。该系统由切脉方法训练模块、脉象形成机制及脉象要素模块、脉象信号采集与分析训练模块组成。实验模块借助3D解剖模型直观立体呈现脉象要素包含的生理病理学变化及脉象形成机制,通过3D建模高度仿真脉象仪组件演示工作流程、脉象信号采集及分析方法;实践训练模块全景式多视角演示切脉方法,配合线下真实世界脉象模型手训练学生诊脉技能。训练系统鼓励学生课下自主学习和训练,增强中医诊断实践能力和科研创新精神,是虚拟仿真技术应用于中医技能实践课程的有益探索,在医学高素质应用型人才培养中发挥了积极作用。In order to solve the shortage of resources of typical clinical cases and lack of practice opportunities of traditional Chinese medicine diagnostic skills,a 3D virtual simulation training system of pulse diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine was built based on Unity 3D software.The system consists of pulse diagnosis method training module,pulse formation mechanism and pulse factors module,pulse signal acquisition and analysis training module.In the experimental module,the physiological and pathological changes of pulse and the pulse formation mechanism are presented visually and stereoscopic with a 3D anatomical model.The pulse condition instrument are simulated by 3D modeling,and the workflow and pulse signal acquisition and analysis methods are demonstrated.The practical training module is a panoramic multi-perspective demonstration of the pulse-taking method,used to assist in offline pulse diagnosis training.The training system encourages students to study and train independently after class,enhances practice ability of traditional Chinese medicine and the spirit of scientific research innovation.It is a beneficial exploration of the application of virtual simulation technology in the practice course of traditional Chinese medicine skills,and plays a positive role in the cultivation of highquality applied talents in medicine.
