摘  要:目的了解中医药院校学生对中医药专利认知的现状,提出在中医药院校开展中医药知识产权教育的必要性。方法抽取某中医药院校在校学生301人,采用自行设计的中医药专利认知度调查问卷,通过问卷调查与个别访谈形式进行调查,并对调查结果采用SPSS相关性分析法进行统计学分析。结果中医药院校学生对中医药专利认知意识不强、情感意识薄弱、意志意识存在不同程度的欠缺。中医药院校学生的中医药专利认知度具有较大提升空间。结论在中医药院校中开展知识产权教育具有一定的必要性与迫切性。中医药院校中开展知识产权教育,可提高学生专利保护意识,助力中医药传承精华,守正创新。Objective To understand the current situation of Chinese medicine patent cognition among students in university of Chinese medicine,and put forward the necessity of carrying out Chinese medicine intellectual property education in university of Chinese medicine.Methods Three hundred and one students from a Chinese medicine university were selected,a self-designed Chinese medicine patent recognition questionnaire was used to investigate through questionnaire survey and individual interviews,and the results were statistically analyzed by SPSS correlation analysis method.Results Students in university of Chinese medicine are not strong in the cognition of Chinese medicine patent,weak in the emotional consciousness and weak in the will consciousness.The students’recognition of Chinese medicine patent has great room for improvement.Conclusion It is necessary and urgent to carry out intellectual property education in university of Chinese medicine.Carrying out intellectual property education in university of Chinese medicine can improve students’awareness of patent protection,help traditional Chinese medicine to inherit the essence and keep innovation.
