摘  要:目的探讨360度考评法在中药临床药师学员岗位胜任力评价中的应用。方法分别从本人、同级学员、药学带教老师、临床带教老师和基地教学管理人员5个角度对安徽省中医院中药临床药师学员进行考评,考评内容:专业知识、基本知识、药学服务能力、学习发展能力、基本能力和职业素养6个方面。将考评结果进行统计分析。结果同级学员和临床带教老师在各个方面打分均偏高;基地教学管理人员打分偏低,与药学带教老师打分相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);所有考评主体在药学服务能力、基本能力和职业素养这3个方面打分较高;2019级和2020级学员在药学服务能力、基本能力和总分方面的本人评价,培训后评分均高于培训前评分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论360度考评法能够全面、公平、客观地对中药临床药师学员的岗位胜任力作出评价,为提升中药临床药师的岗位胜任力教学模式改进提供参考,值得推广。Objective To explore the application of the 360-degree evaluation method in the evaluation of post competency of Chinese medicine clinical pharmacist trainees.Methods From the trainees,classmates,pharmacy instructors,clinical instructors,and base teaching management staff,the students of a Chinese medicine clinical pharmacist in a third-class Chinese medicine hospital were evaluated.The evaluation content was professional knowledge,basic knowledge,and pharmacy service ability,learning and development ability,basic ability and professional quality.The results of the assessment would be statistically analyzed.Results The mutual evaluation of classmates and the clinical teaching teachers scored high in all aspects.The base teaching management staff scored low,and the difference was statistically significant compared with the pharmacy teaching teachers(P<0.05).All evaluation subjects were in the basic ability.The scores of 2019 and 2020 students’self-evaluation were higher than the pre-training scores in terms of pharmacy service ability,basic ability and total score,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The 360-degree evaluation method can comprehensively,fairly and objectively evaluate the job competency of Chinese medicine clinical pharmacist,providing a reference for improving the teaching and improvement of Chinese medicine clinical pharmacists’post competencies,and it is worthy of promotion.
