摘 要:以多轴车辆的整车振动控制为目标背景,以某三轴高机动车辆为代表,通过理论推导建立了理想的整车九自由度主动控制动力学模型,分析并讨论了九自由度模型在车辆处于加减速、转弯等工况过程引起的惯性转移效应对整车控制效果实现的不足和局限性,在此基础上建立了考虑惯性转移的整车振动控制动力学模型,提出了整车姿态控制与单轮主动控制(平顺性控制)耦合解析的整车振动控制方法,并通过动力学仿真完成了验证.Taking the vibration control of a multi axle vehicle as the target background and a three axle high powered vehicle as a representative,an ideal 9-degree of freedom active control dynamic model of the vehicle was established through theoretical derivation.The shortcomings and limitations of the inertia transfer effect caused by the 9-degree of freedom model in the process of vehicle acceleration,deceleration,turning,and other working conditions on the realization of the vehicle control effect were analyzed and discussed,On this basis,a dynamic model of vehicle vibration control considering inertia transfer was established,and a coupling analysis method of vehicle attitude control and single wheel active control(smoothness control)was proposed for vehicle vibration control,which was verified through dynamic simulation.
