摘 要:目的探索“三新”教学竞赛对提升广东省人民医院中青年教师带教能力的应用价值,挖掘带教师资在临床教学中存在的问题,进一步保障医学教育质量。方法选取参加广东省人民医院“三新”教学竞赛的27名中青年教师作为研究对象,分析不同性别、学历、职称、工作年限、既往带教人数、培训次数教师的教学成绩之间的差异,并探讨上述因素对教师比赛成绩的影响,从中分析存在的教学问题并提出改进措施。结果不同职称、工作年限、既往带教人数、培训次数教师之间的竞赛成绩的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而不同性别、学历教师之间的竞赛成绩的差异不具统计学意义(P>0.05)。学历、职称、工作年限、既往带教人数、培训次数与带教教师的教学竞赛成绩呈正相关关系,且相关性依次增强;影响教学成绩的主要因素从弱到强依次为:学历、职称、工作年限、既往带教人数、参加师资培训次数,性别非影响教学成绩的主要因素。教学设计层次性不强、师生互动不足是临床教学存在的主要问题。结论“三新”教学竞赛可较客观反映并提升带教教师的教学水平,有助发掘临床教学存在的问题,提高医学教育质量。Objective To explore the application value of the“Three New”teaching competition to improve the teaching ability of young and middle-aged teachers in Guangdong Provincial People’s Hospital,identify the problems of teaching teachers in clinical teaching and further ensure the quality of medical education.Methods 27 young and middle-aged teachers who participated in the“Three New”teaching competition of Guangdong Provincial People’s Hospital were selected as the research objects to analyze the differences in teaching performance among teachers with different gender,educational background,professional title,years of work,number of previous teachers and training times,and explore the influence of the above factors on teachers’performance in the competition,analyze the existing teaching problems and propose improvement measures.Results There were statistically significant differences in competition results among teachers with different titles,working years,previous number of teachers and training times(P<0.05),while there were no statistically significant differences between teachers with different gender and education background(P>0.05).Educational background,professional title,working years,the number of former teachers and the number of training were positively correlated with the results of teaching competition,and the correlation was increased in turn.The main factors affecting the teaching performance in ascending order are:academic background,professional title,working years,the number of teachers in the past and the number of teacher training.Gender is not the main factor affecting the teaching performance.The main problems in clinical teaching are the lack of hierarchical teaching design and the lack of teacher-student interaction.Conclusion “Three New”teaching competition can objectively reflect and improve the teaching level of teachers,help to discover the problems existing in clinical teaching,and ensure the quality of medical education.
