摘  要:传统的公共卫生人才培养模式已无法适应现代公共卫生的发展。因此,我国更需要符合时代需求的创新型公共卫生专业人才,公共卫生专业的教学模式应从之前的以教研室为单位组织教学、以教师的个体教学为主导转变为在专业领域内具有专业教学特色、成员之间能够形成知识技能互补的教学团队模式。教学团队的建设有利于提高教师的教学能力,促进教师教学质量与水平的提升,为培养复合型公共卫生创新型人才提供有力保障。The traditional training mode of public health talents has been unable to meet the needs of the development of modern public health.China increasingly needs compound public health innovative talents with international vision and both humanistic quality and scientific spirit.Therefore,the teaching mode of public health should be changed from the previous teaching and research office as the unit and the individual teaching of teachers as the leading role to the mode of having professional teaching characteristics in the professional field knowledge and skills of members being complementary.The construction of teaching team is conducive to strengthening teachers’teaching ability,promoting the improvement of teachers’teaching quality and level,and providing a strong guarantee for the training of compound public health innovative talents.
